Dustcontrol manufactures mobile dust extractors for industrial and construction use, fixed extraction systems, and peripheral equipment and accessories. We help companies all over the world to achieve a cleaner and safer production environment and improve efficiency by developing, manufacturing, and selling extraction systems for dust, fumes, and particles.

 

We are currently looking for a Country Manager for USA (Wilmington NC)

 

About the role:

As country manager you will be responsible for managing business operations in the U.S. market, expanding existing business and making sure all aspects of operations run in accordance with local laws and regulations. The role includes overall responsibility to implement company policies and strategies in line with the global objectives and in coordination with the Parent Company in Sweden (HQ).

As country manager, you will need to build strong relationships with partners and clients in the United States. You will need to be able to handle strategy planning and establish priorities, in addition to day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for supervising projects, which will require excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

Are you someone with great communication and interpersonal skills, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done? Are you an excellent team player? Collaboration and engagement across the organization is a big component of this position. Work location is flexible – Charlotte/Raleigh or Wilmington areas.

 

About you:

- Experience in business and management from multiple levels
- College degree in sales, business administration or engineering
- Interest in engineering / technology
- Consistent and approachable leader who can lead by example and build people up
- Previous experience with multicultural working relationships or international business, is a plus.

Dustcontrol Inc. is a subsidiary of its parent company, a family-owned organization, Dustcontrol AB, founded 1972. The headquarters, development department and production facilities are in Sweden. Other subsidiaries are in The United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, and Finland. We also have distributors in Europe, Asia, Australia, and North & South America.
